Our martial arts mission is to prepare athletes to successfully compete in the combative sports, by providing  a high standard of training for the beginner thru the elite athlete.  The taekwondo goal is for the athlete to become a member of the US National Team thru sparring or technical competition.  The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu goal is to successfully compete and medal at national and international competition.  The Trident Martial System / General Martial Arts goal is to train and certify competent instructors in a wide range of martial arts while providing an environment that fosters not only skill but respect and discipline.
